My experience be a teacher..

I have experience teaching students elementary for English subjects. I get a lot experience from this. I become more understanding of how elementary school students, dealing with many students who have a different character as well. Learn with playing is a fun learning model, which certainly favored also by the children. 

In the teaching, I apply the stimulant and reward systems. I apply this

so that children have a strong motivation to get these rewards. Whereas, I use a stimulant to spur students to understand the material I will present. For example I will discuss about transportation. The first one I did was I would ask the students about the characteristics of a vehicle that I mean, so the children will guess what they know about that.

If they can answer correctly I will give reward to them. For example my words of praise, a pat spirit or possibly other prizes. Then other students will also be trying to get it too. 

There is no punishment because if we use punishment then the child will hate us, or even they are embarrassed, not to believe with themselves so for that we do not need to use punishment.
